With PrimaOne and PrimaJet: digital printing is gaining finesse
In 2012, Bolloré Thin Papers continued its eco-design process initiated in 2008. Always at the forefront of technological developments, Bolloré Thin Papers’ recent research has focused more closely on the development of thin papers specifically designed for digital printing. With a real boom in the last few years, it is addressing the growing needs of all economic players to develop more targeted and customised communication.
PrimaOne and PrimaJet: two ranges that are made for digital printing
First, PrimaOne, made for digital laser printing, available in white in 40, 45, and 50 g/m2 and in ivory in 50 g/m2. PrimaOne, offset quality, perfectly fits digital laser printing for any document that mainly contains black and white text, with or without accompanying colours (official reports, directories, phone books, etc.). It is also made for printing mobile leaflets used for updating legal handbooks.
Secondly, PrimaJet, made for ink jet technology, available in 45 and 50 g/m2. PrimaJet, the pigmented type, is particularly suited for ink jet printing in one or four colour printing for books with illustrations.
In line with Primagreen, Primacoat Green and Primafree, PrimaOne has been designed in accordance with strict environmental and technological constraints which apply specifically to this method of printing.
